Click the Wolf for a screenshot of my UI in a raid.
Weak Auras is the best addon in the game, and there's literally no way that anyone can play this game at a high level without it. Some will argue this point, but they are wrong. Here are some of the weak auras I figured would be worth sharing.
Feral Bleed Snapshots - This weak aura displays three sets of text showing how strong a rip, rake, or thrash will be if you reapply it to the current target. 100% means the bleed will be the same strength. Higher is better. This weak aura takes into account Incarnation, Savage Roar, Bloodtalons, and Tiger's Fury. While reapplying bleeds is normally a useful gain, there's a lot of rules to this that aren't worth covering in a weak aura post.
Feral Display - Pawkets created this setup and I modified it a bit. Pawkets raids with Huge in Japan and is one of the best parsing feral druids in the world. He also wrote the only acceptable Feral Druid Guide. He also wrote the guide on Skullflower's website, Summonstone. With the exception of Icy Veins being edited by Stenhaldi, none of the other feral resources are even remotely accurate. Icy Veins is not nearly as in depth as Fluid Druid. (You will need to download this ZIP File and extract the contents to \World of Warcraft\Interface\ICONS because the icons are all custom.)
Target Health Rate - This weak aura shows a small text string that tells us how long until the target is dead based on how much damage the target is taking at any given moment. The string also shows percent per second the target is losing. This aura updates in real time, and I also have another separate string for this in my UI that displays time until execute.
Cooldown Tracker & Cooldowns Ready - These are dynamic groups of cooldowns that I need to keep track of during a fight. These weak auras are the reason I am able to play without having action bars turned on. Auras can be added to these set ups to track whatever CDs you want in a matter of seconds.
Oregorger Interrupt Tracker - This setup is a bit more complicated. Credit to Midwinter for the LUA to create this. This aura tracks Oregorger's buff for Blackrock Barrage casts and notifies you who is supposed to be interrupting the current cast. It does need to be updated if the assignments change, but it doesn't take much to do that. I like this aura because it is really obnoxious trying to play feral and pay attention to the cast counter built into DBM/DXE/BigWigs. This is easier for me, and was instrumental as a raid leader.
Battle Res Monitor - It is the most annoying thing in the entire world when someone asks how long until battle res in the middle of a fight. This weak aura tracks the number of battle resses that are currently available, how long until the next one, and who has received and casted battle resses during the fight. This also tracks Reincarnation because I don't like when Shamans die, instantly reincarnate, and pretend that nothing happened.
Thogar Helper - This weak aura was created by a raider in Vox Immortalis from the EU, and is pretty neat. I like it more than the standard addons that were created for Thogar and definitely like it more than boss mod trackers for this boss. This string shows you timer until the next train, what marker you should be standing on, what marker you want to move to next, and tells you what needs to be done for each train. It is defaulted to use certain raid markers in the order of Circle, Diamond, Triangle, Moon with Circle being where Thogar stands and Moon being nearest the door to the room. You can use your own markers by opening the custom code in the display tab and editing the lanes from there. This weak aura auto detects raid difficulty for LFR, Normal/Heroic, and Mythic. (Mythic does require extra set up, as Mythic Thogar is much different.)
I will likely be editing this post as I change my weak auras to show different things or if I make or find anything that's worth sharing. Pastebin got mad at me and won't let me make anymore pastes for a while because I made too many in one day I guess. Let's all hope that the weakauras.wtf website goes live soon.
